The Washington Post just projected Pennsylvania for Trump. He’s pretty much won, and with the Republicans taking control of the Senate, we’re pretty much done. It was a nice country while we had it, but it’s going to be fundamentally transformed by 2029.

I see Auburn lost again.

Clearly their coaching staff is not up to par. I think the only decent solution is for Tommy Tuberville to make the sacrifice and go back to coaching the Tigers.

I voted today!

First day of early voting in Virginia. Toward the end of the day, in my small town (inside the Beltway), the registrar told me that almost 300 people had voted today--almost 3% of our town's registered voters.

Obviously I don't know who people would have voted for, but it's a pretty impressive turnout for the first day!

Time for a break

I know this isn’t an airport, so no need to announce departures, but I think it’s time for me to take a break for a while.

The discussion has been heated and passionate, which I think is a good thing. But I’m finding it hard to have an opinion that is counter to what is said here.
